The Rehearsal Director coordinates all rehearsal activities, ensuring smooth preparation for performances. This role involves leading rehearsals, guiding performers on timing and delivery, maintaining artistic standards, and collaborating with directors and production staff to bring creative visions to life. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills are essential.
The Producer supports the creation and delivery of projects across touring works, gig-format shows, children’s productions, site-specific performances, masterclasses, and digital/film projects. This role involves collaborating with senior creatives, partners, and venues, balancing artistic and commercial needs, and driving projects from planning through to delivery. Strong producing experience, adaptability, and excellent communication and organizational skills are essential
