The money you chose to invest goes directly towards the production you have selected to be a part of. Each production has its own SPV (special purpose vehicle) set up to ring fence capital and production-related costs into one limited company.
4/ WHAT IS THE OWNERSHIP STRUCTURE OF THE INVESTMENT COMPANY
Fundamentally Dance Limited is the parent company of Ballet Nights 2023 Limited, Ballet Nights New Voices 2024 Limited, Fritz 2025 Limited and Valmont 2025 Limited. All productions are typically owned solely by Fundamentally Dance Limited, the team behind London’s sell-out dance sensation Ballet Nights. In some investments, early seed investors are offered equity, and Fundamentally Dance is not part of the group structure.

Phase 2 will close towards the end of Q2 2026.
2/ WHAT SETS US APART?
As the Executive Producer, we are operating a revolutionary model for dance found more commonly in other commercially profitable entertainment endeavours, including film, TV, West End musicals and mainstream sports.
5/ HOW MANY UNITS ARE AVAILABLE?
Our Production investment runways are divided up into units, and as an example, The Brown Suite has 40 units available. Investors have the option to purchase more than one unit.
8/ ARE YOU A CHARITY?
No. Fundamentally Dance, its subsidiaries or SVP's built by us are all for-profit limited companies.
